Before we dive into the tips & tricks for CBSE preparation, it is essential that your approach is positive, and you’ve enough time left for proper revision. Alright, let’s begin. 

Manage your time: 
Time management is a new term for you, right! But don't worry, it’s not really difficult as it seems. Turn off your mobile phones first as it is one of the biggest distractions in your exam preparation. Now, make up your mind and allot a specific time to a particular subject and stick to it. Set a physical timer, if possible. Take 2-3 short breaks in between for about 10-15 minutes each. Make sure not to exceed your breaks as it can break your momentum. 

Previous year’s questions:
Refer to previous year’s question papers. Focus your attention on the most frequently asked questions. Take a notebook and pen down all the questions on a single page. It will really help you at the time of revision. You don't need to look around  for the most important questions. repeatedly.

Adequate rest:
Do not underestimate the power of rest. Your body needs time to regain energy. Take proper sleep for about 7 hours a day. It will help you to be more productive and achieve more than you expect. 

Use Highlighter: It may not seem like a perfect option, but it can really help. Specifically, when it comes to reading long paragraphs. Highlight the most critical parts, so that it is easy to remember difficult answers. 

CBSE Board Subjects:
CBSE board subjects may vary for all students due to different streams. Let us find out the list of subjects for each stream below:

For Non-medical: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English. Apart from this, students can choose one optional subject like Computer science, Physical education, music, etc.
For Medical: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, and one optional subject.
For commerce: Accountancy, Business Studies, English, Economics, Mathematics, or an optional subject.
For Humanities: English, History, Geography, Political science, Hindi or Sanskrit <optional>. 

CBSE Board Books: CBSE exams are strictly based on the NCERT books, or we can say that CBSE board books are same as the NCERT books. Further, students can take help of the reference books for practical subjects for more practice and enhance their skills. It will also help to clarify doubts.
